NB website

you seldom see i use the word NB in my blog one..but this time ar is realli dun use cannot siax..i have been eating some GNC protein powder recently, so i decided to go check out some new stuff at gnc.com.sg where link me to a online shop www.nutritionpark.com. i can say that this online shop is great..it sells a lot of different fitness stuff..so i tot of buying the ABS excerise wheel..so like other shopping webby..you have to fill in your name address etc...

the most irrtating parts come ady..i just check out and fill in my address, there's a checkbox to tick the different tpe of payment. Paypal, Credit Card or by cash on delivery..so i click the Credit Card and click " next". but then i nv fill in anything, card number or wat becos i felt it quite not worth the price..too many charges..so i exit my brower..soon enuff i receive a billing quotation email from the website..i tot it was like some kind of confirmation letter used IF I CONFIRM THE PAYMENT BY COMPLETING ALL THE STEPS TO BUY THE PRODUCT.

And so, the very very next day ar..a guy said to be the driver of the online shop say he's delivering the item to my house..i was like shock n say i nv ordered the thing and i wana cancel it..then he buay song say what how can like that...and threaten that they will blacklist me lor..irritated no.1...

as i tot the problem was settled, one auntie call me, and again..it's from the nutrition park things, but this time worst..she asked for the reason to cancel the thing.. so goes my story to her again and then what..she say scolding me again lor..and accused me i was testing and playing with their website..so i rebel back..saying that i din cfm the matter and they assume i bought the thing..using the most irritating voice i ever hear, she shout that, " everything stated so clearly up there is in black and white, what you still wana know?" this time i cannot take it n gave her a piece of my mind..ok lor..so all dulan and she concluded that i was playing them..

hey, if any of your staff see this entry..please fuk off lar..such a lousy customer service and most importantly, IMPROVE ON YOUR BLOODY LOUSY WEBSITE!
